Total trade show booth space: 8,000 square footage (Regency & Ontario)
Total meeting rooms: 10,000 square footage

Room Arrangements:

When planning your meetings, you should choose the size of the function room by the number of people attending, as well as the type of set-up and required equipment. Our experience has shown that meeting planners prefer the following set-up styles:



BOARDROOM:
Provides note taking space and also allows for participant interaction.

U-SHAPE:
Ideal for audio visual and multimedia presentations. Allows for participant interaction.


CLASSROOM:
Provides note taking space and focuses group attention to the front of the room.


THEATRE STYLE:
Provides maximum seating capacity. Ideal for large groups.



BANQUET STYLE:
Rectangular "Head Table" and round tables for 8 to 10 guests per table. A traditional comfortable setting ideal when food and beverages are to be served.
